Coplosa - Emissions Control - Environment and Safety

COPLOSA is constantly concerned about environment protection and preservation, which is shared with all its staff as intensely as industrial hygiene and safety, keeping in all these fields Total Quality attitudes.

COPLOSA is certified with the ISO 14001: 2004 norm.
All measurements taken and controls done by official organisms always show lower results than the European Union limits.

COPLOSA factory has an activity classified as potentially atmospheric pollutant, therefore COPLOSA carries out systematic controls of its emissions.

In order to preserve the air quality, all factory emissions are filtered before contact the atmosphere. The remaining dust of filters is recovered and recycled in a closed circuit.

To avoid any possible dust dispersion in the work area and in environment, internal transport and warehousing of powdered materials are realized into a vacuum air system.

During the production process no waste waters are produced, except the ones coming from the essays of our Quality control laboratory which are wholly recycled in the same process.
